Enterprise Application Add-on Request

Service Overview

Campus faculty and staff can use this form to request that an application add-on be enabled within UD’s Box, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoom environment. See available add-ons for Box, Google and Zoom.

Add-on requests will be evaluated quarterly by campus IT staff and others as needed, based on the service under evaluation (e.g., Legal Affairs, University Communications, etc.). Evaluations ensure the new tool:

  • Integrates with existing systems
  • Does not introduce problems with respect to security and privacy
  • Adheres to existing UD policies
  • Does not incur additional costs

With respect to add-ons, it’s important to note:

  • Campus IT support is not provided for add-ons
  • Add-ons are not covered by the enterprise application’s support terms and uptime guarantee SLA; add-ons are covered by the Terms of Service associated with each specific add-on.
  • Users may see ads in add-ons
