Box is a cloud file storage application, similar to Google Drive, but with the additional security of enterprise management - the ability for UD to create, provision and remove access to folders based on your position at the University. UD faculty, staff and students are licensed to use Box for secure cloud file storage.
NOTE: UDRI has a different implementation strategy for Box. The information below may not apply if you're a UDRI employee. UDRI employees are not issued a personal workspace in Box.
Access
Option 1: Visit go.udayton.edu/box and login with your UD username and password.
Option 2: In Porches, click on the Menu link (upper-right corner), go to the Tools list and click on the Box link.
When you log into Box, you'll see a folder titled Getting Started with Box at UD with training resources and a workspace folder titled with your UD username for your individual use.
