Service Overview
Box is UD’s enterprise-managed, secure cloud file storage tool. Access to storage folders within Box can be assigned to groups of users or individuals.
Many groups have already been created, but if a group you require to assign access appropriately is not yet available, use this form to request a new group.
NOTE: Whenever possible, identify some criteria in Banner (e.g., all the administrative assistants in my unit) that would allow group membership to be pulled and updated automatically. Using these “computed” groups ensures folder access is adjusted automatically based on members’ position at the University and provides better security for folder content.

Box Folder Request
