Service Overview

A Google shared mailbox lets up to 25 users send and receive messages using the mailbox email address rather than your own address. The calendar for a shared mailbox can be activated to track events, etc. on a common calendar (e.g. out-of-office, department events). Use this form to request:

  • Creation of a new shared Google mailbox / calendar
  • Access or changes to an existing Google mailbox / calendar

You can also use this form to request a resource calendar for scheduling meeting rooms, equipment, and other resources shared by a group or department. Learn more about resource calendars.
