Service Overview

A Google shared mailbox lets up to 25 users send and receive messages using the mailbox email address rather than your own address. The calendar for a shared mailbox can be activated to track events, etc. on a common calendar (e.g. out-of-office, department events). Use this form to request:

Creation of a new shared Google mailbox / calendar
Access or changes to an existing Google mailbox / calendar
