Cognos is the University of Dayton’s web based reporting and analytics tool. Use this form to request creation of, updates to, or assistance with reports, dashboards, or report jobs.
If you do not currently have access to Cognos, you must fill out and submit the System Access Request before this request can be fulfilled.
