Use this form to request Advancement data for approved University purposes. Advancement data is a University resource and must be used in compliance with all applicable University of Dayton policies, standards, and guidelines.
To support appropriate review and approval, requestors must provide complete and detailed information describing the intended use of the data throughout the request form. Incomplete requests may delay processing.
Each submission will be reviewed and followed up on with the requestor to discuss next steps, including any required approvals or clarifications.
