Service Overview
Submit new facility work request for a student dorm, student house, or an academic building such as a classroom, labs, office etc. Check the status of existing student, faculty and staff work requests.
NOTE: If this is a maintenance EMERGENCY (a sudden, unexpected occurrence demanding immediate action) contact the following:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm, contact the Facilities Call Center at 937-229-3753.
- On weekends, holidays, or after business hours, contact Public Safety at 937-229-2121.
