Service Overview
Use this form to request assistance with any of the following UD telephone services:
- Telephones - Add, move, or remove a UD desk phone. Install a “soft phone” to allow your Android, iOS, MacOS or Windows device to send and receive calls while displaying your UD office phone number.
- Voicemail - Reset a forgotten voicemail password, have a copy of voicemail messages sent automatically to an email address as an audio file, or assign a voice mailbox to a new owner.
- Menus - Add or edit menu options for a phone line (e.g., press 1 for billing, press 2 for technical support, etc.). This feature is also sometimes referred to as an auto attendant, an automated phone system or a digital receptionist.
- Contact Center - Manage call distribution for “call center” operations, including adding and managing agents and supervisors.
