Service Overview
Submission of this form informs the registrar that the student should be coded as an undergraduate in the Bachelor's Plus Master's (BPM) program, which allows the student to register for graduate courses and notifies the Graduate School that he/she is a potential BPM graduate student.
This form does not imply acceptance into any graduate program. Students wishing to enroll as a BPM graduate student must comply with the graduate admission process and requirements for the desired program. At the discretion of the graduate program director, these can range from a streamlined acceptance to the full application process.
