Voluntary Resignation / Retirement

Overview

Use this form if you are a UD faculty or staff employee voluntarily separating from the university.

If you are a faculty member who is considering a step down arrangement toward voluntary separation, first review the Step Down Arrangements for Tenured Faculty. You will be required to complete the Faculty MOU Step-Down Retirement/Voluntary Separation Agreement.

NOTE: This form must be completed by the separating employee, NOT their supervisor or designee.
