Service Overview

All faculty, staff and students are licensed to use Qualtrics Core XM, UD’s web-based tool for survey and assessment creation, data collection, and analysis for academic, research, and administrative activities.

A Qualtrics Group is a set of Qualtrics users with access to a shared library of surveys, contacts, and other project data. You can collaborate on Qualtrics surveys with individual users and groups in your organization; a Qualtrics Group can NOT include external users (those without a UD username and password). 

Use this form to request a Qualtrics Group. NOTE: Before submitting this form, make sure all intended members of your Qualtrics Group have activated their UD Qualtrics account by logging in at go.udayton.edu/survey
