TeamDynamix Request

Service Overview

This service is used to submit a request to the TeamDynamix administration team for any of the items below.  

• Add or change technician(s) 
• Remove technician(s)
• Service request (including changes to services, forms, workflows, etc.)
• Report slowness or errors in TeamDynamix
• General questions or assistance (TDX desktops, reporting, projects, etc.)

NOTE: For new Knowledge Base articles or changes to an existing article, submit a Knowledge Base Request.
