Adding a NameCoach recording to your email signature

  1. Log into NameCoach: https://www.name-coach.com/accounts/sign_in

    If you did not setup your account or create a password, first follow the instructions for Setting up NameCoach.

     
  2. All name recordings appear within the Your Recordings section:


     
  3. Go to the Your NameBadge section and click on the Add NameBadge to your Email Signature tab:


     
  4. Choose a button to copy:


     
  5. Go to your Gmail Settings:


     
  6. Scroll to the Signature settings. Paste the button selection into your email signature field:


     
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and click Save.
