Welcome to UD! Once you arrive on campus and pick up your UD username and password from the IT Service Center, you have access to a world of IT support and resources.
 

Step 1: Connect to eduroam, UD’s secure wireless network

Avoid multiple logins on your mobile device or laptop by configuring your tech to use campus Wi-Fi.
 

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with your UD Gmail account.

Learn how to setup your preferences and see what Gmail has to offer.
 

Step 3: Learn about options for campus printing.

Configure your devices to use UD's multi-function devices (MFDs) for printing, copying and scanning.
 

Step 4: Set challenge questions to reset your UD password if it’s lost or forgotten.

Our password self-service site makes it easy to manage your password.
 

Step 5: Visit Porches for campus news and resources.

Use Porches, our campus intranet, to update your personal contact information, log vacation days and access administrative resources like Banner.
