Service Overview
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) performs weekly collections of infectious and biohazardous waste from designated collection bins across campus. Use this form to request an additional collection and disposal of biological or infectious waste. All biological and infectious waste must be properly contained in approved biohazard bins or sharps containers prior to submission to ensure safe handling and regulatory compliance. EHS will perform a standalone pickup or add it to the weekly collection schedule. Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days.
