Use this form to submit your certification to drive for university business and agreement to the Vehicle Use and Driver Training Policy.
All individuals who drive vehicles (whether University-insured or personal) for University business or approved activities must be approved as a Certified Driver. In order to be approved as a Certified Driver, individuals must maintain a valid driver’s license, complete an annual Driver Training presentation and quiz, authorize the University to review their official Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and agree to UD’s Vehicle Use and Driver Certification Policy.
