Service Overview
Use this form to request chart of account (COA) changes (FOAPAL, element, segment). This includes adding new elements, updating existing ones, or closing / inactivating elements. Examples of changes include creating new funds, organizations, or locations; modifying fund attributes; adding new attributes, or similar adjustments.
Prior to closing funds, ensure there are no open encumbrances or labor distributions coded to this fund. Funds must also have a fund balance of zero prior to closure / inactivation.
