Service Overview
Currently enrolled students and scholars should use this form to request changes to their I-20 (F-1) or DS-2019 (J-1) by selecting the red “Submit Request” button to the right.
Students who are not enrolled (new student or alumni) use the ISSS Request Form (not enrolled) form.
Average processing time: 3-4 business days
During peak times (Aug-Sep, Dec-Jan, Apr-May): up to 7 business days
Curricular Practical Training (CPT): up to 14 business days
Note that business days do not include weekends. For some requests, ISSS must contact your academic advisor to verify your status, which could delay processing of your request.
After successfully submitting your request, you will receive a copy of your response. This is confirmation that your request was submitted. Do not email the office to confirm if your request was received.
