SBA Digital Signage Submission

Service Overview

Submit this form to have your announcement, topic, and/or message displayed on SBA digital signage monitors.

A few things to note:

  • Submit a separate ticket for each topic
  • Digital signage content is refreshed every Monday
  • Complete submissions by Thursday at 12:00pm to be included in the following week’s slideshow

Graphic requirements:

  • Miriam Hall 2nd floor monitors: standard PowerPoint slide size. horizontal 4:3 aspect ratio, 8×6 inches or a display of 1024×768 pixels.
  • Anderson monitors outside the Center for Project Excellence: 9:16 aspect ratio, 9X16 inches or a display of 1080X1920 pixels.
  • Miriam Hall ground floor monitors a widescreen PowerPoint slide size. 16:9 aspect rations, 16X9 inches or a display of 1920X1080 pixels wide.
