Use this form to request approval for a contract.

Due to a higher volume of contracts being submitted, review may take longer than the typical 10 business days.

END OF YEAR SUBMISSION UPDATE:  If you have a contract requiring review this calendar year, please enter it into the workflow no later than Wednesday, December 3rd.  Any contracts submitted after December 3rd will not be reviewed until after Christmas break.  Regular contract review will resume on January 5, 2026.  

Contracts submission training opportunities are available via Zoom. Training should be completed before submitting a contract through the Contract Routing & Approval service ticket. Click here for upcoming dates.
