Service Overview 

Use this form to request approval for a contract.

If you have a contract requiring review this fiscal year (FY26), please be sure to submit it here in TDX no later than May 22, 2026.  Any contracts submitted after May 22nd will likely not complete the review process until after the fiscal year end of June 30, 2026. 

Due to a higher volume of contracts being submitted, review may take longer than the typical 10 business days.

Contracts submission training opportunities are available via Zoom. Training should be completed before submitting a contract through the Contract Routing & Approval service ticket. Click here for upcoming dates.
