Service Overview

This form can be used by University Libraries Staff to get help with:

  • Hardware (i.e. computers, monitors, barcode readers, laptops, etc.)
  • Printers and printing (i.e. print jobs not printing, add a printer, printer not working) 
  • Connecting to the campus network

For help with library systems, such as Alma, EmbARK, or Tipasa, use the Library Systems Support Request form.
