Password Change

  1. Log in

  2. Touch 84

  3. Enter your old password, then press #

  4. Enter your new password, then press #

  5. Re-enter your new password, then press #

NOTE: Passwords must be between 5 to 15 digits. They may not be sequential numbers like 12345 or 54321. They cannot be numbers repeated such as 11111 or 22222.  Your password  can not be the same as your Mailbox Number.

Password Reset

To reset your voicemail password, place a voicemail password reset request with the IT Service Center
