The Avaya Workplace application extends the full functionality of your desk phone to your computer, mobile, or tablet. It provides a familiar phone interface, complete with a dial pad and essential call handling and more. This means you can seamlessly make and receive calls from home or any remote location, just as you would from your office.
A key benefit is the protection of your privacy: all outgoing calls display your phone number, keeping your personal mobile number confidential and ensuring a professional presence.
Please Note: To utilize this feature, you must have an existing University extension. If you do not, please submit a request through Avaya Workplace Request.
