Scoring Services provide a variety of reports based on grade data. We also provide Raw Data, which is only available in an Excel sheet.

Individual Test Results - Alphabetically by student name
The Student Grade Report provides a detailed grade report for each student included in the grade operation. You may print these reports and give them to your students.
The report provides a summary of the students’ answers and grade information from the test. If a benchmark score was defined using the Grade Wizard, you may include a bar chart depicting the student’s score along with the benchmark. If learning objectives were defined using the Grade Wizard, you will see scores for each learning objective in addition to the overall test.
Incorrect responses are highlighted in yellow. If the forms were scanned with an OMR/Image scanner and you captured from images during scanning, images of the students’ tests appear with each report.
Individual Test Results – By descending raw score
Compares each student’s performance on the whole test and on each learning objective to the corresponding benchmark value. This report allows you to quickly see which students are meeting standards and which students might be falling behind.
The Student Achievement report displays each student’s score overall and on each learning objective and compares the score to the benchmark score. Students are sorted by percent score by default, but can also be sorted by name. Several other statistics can also be displayed on this report, including the number of objective and subjective points earned by the student, the student’s grade, the scaled score (if applicable), the total number of points earned by the student, the Z Score, T Score, ETS Score, Deviation IQ, percentile and number of questions answered correctly or incorrectly.

Individual Item Response – By descending raw score
The Student Grade Report provides a detailed grade report for each student included in the grade operation. The report provides a summary of the students’ answers and grade information from the test. These exams are in descending raw score, from the highest score to the lowest score alphabetically. If a benchmark score was defined using the Grade Wizard, you may include a bar chart depicting the student’s score along with the benchmark. If learning objectives were defined using the Grade Wizard, you will see scores for each learning objective in addition to the overall test. Incorrect responses are highlighted in yellow.
Item Assessment
Provides answer choice frequency information on a question-by-question basis, which for test grading is useful for question validity. Using the Item Analysis report, you can see how students responded to the question. On a per questions basis, this report displays each answer choice, its frequency and corresponding percent and a bar chart of the frequency. Answers chosen more often than the correct answer are shown in red and the correct answer is shown in green. This report is a shorter version of the Detailed Item Analysis.
Absolute Frequency Distribution
The Class Frequency report displays the grade scale for the test, the percent score and raw score for each grade and the frequency of each grade specified within the grade scale. A corresponding percent is listed for each frequency. A customizable graph of the frequency can also be displayed. By providing a distribution of the grades for an entire class and test, this report is useful for gaining a quick grasp on class performance.
Raw Data
The data is organized alphabetically by the student's name and is only available in a spreadsheet and therefore cannot be printed. This report must be requested directly through Scoring Services.
