Software for Personally-Owned Devices
This page provides information on installing UD-licensed software on personally owned devices for currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff. If you have trouble downloading software, you can also access many of these applications by connecting to UD's Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Software for UD-Owned Devices
A variety of software for UD-owned devices is available through the Ivanti Portal Manager. Contact the IT Service Center or your unit IT support team for assistance with downloads on your UD-owned computer. NOTE: Not all software is available through the Portal Manager.
Software Required for Campus Network Printing
Anti-Virus Software
All computers connecting to UD's network should have an antivirus/anti-malware product installed and regularly updated. UD-owned devices are licensed to use CrowdStrike Falcon. For personally owned devices, students, faculty, and staff should procure and install a product of their choice. The product reviews linked below may help you make an informed selection.
