Accessing Adobe Acrobat Studio

The Adobe Acrobat Studio for Education subscription provides faculty and staff with a comprehensive suite of digital document and creative tools.

Adobe Acrobat Pro: A full-featured PDF solution allowing you to create, edit, export, and organize documents. Includes advanced capabilities such as e-signature collection, redaction, web form creation, and over 70 AI-powered tools for summarizing and converting files.
Acrobat AI Assistant & PDF Spaces: Transform static PDFs and websites into interactive, conversational knowledge hubs. Use personalized AI to synthesize information, generate insights, and surface recommendations from multiple sources.
Adobe Express Premium: Quickly create professional flyers, social media content, and presentations directly from your existing documents.
Adobe Firefly: Access to premium generative AI features for creative content generation and image manipulation.
Adobe Fonts: Access to a large library of typefaces for desktop and web use.

Faculty and staff by request

NOTE: The following applications are not available with the Adobe Acrobat Studio for Education subscription:

Open Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Click Sign in in the upper right corner and use your UD provided Adobe account information with the "Acrobat Studio for Education" entitlement.
Read the following information regarding UD-issued and personally-owned computers:

UD-issued computers
If Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed on your UD-issued computer, install it via Software Center (Windows) or JAMF Self Service (macOS).
Personally-owned computers
If Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed on your personally-owned computer, download the unified installer for your operating system (Windows or macOS) and install it before proceeding to the next step.
Adobe Acrobat prompts you to update itself automatically in the background. NOTE: This upgrade does not require administrative access.
Launch the application and accept any prompts to allow Adobe Acrobat to perform background upgrades to the premium features.
If an upgrade prompt does not appear, manually initiate the process by clicking Menu (hamburger icon), Help , then Install premium features.
Alternatively, access the Adobe Acrobat Pro features via the web by logging in to http://express.adobe.com/ and selecting Acrobat.
