Logging Into a Campus Printer

  1. Tap or swipe your University ID badge on the “Place Card HERE” label located beneath the function display panel:


     
  2. If there are no print jobs to be released, tap “Access Device” on the Account Confirmation screen:


     
NOTE:  If you are unable to login with your badge, enter your University username and password and tap Log in.  To associate your badge with the printer, follow the Associating your UD ID with an MFD Printer procedures.
