The Meeting Owl Pro is a smart conferencing device that combines a 360° camera, microphone, and speaker into a single device. The Owl camera automatically focuses on each speaker in the room and displays them in separate Zoom windows.

Updating the Meeting Owl Pro Software (Manual Update)
For optimal performance, keep your conference room's Meeting Owl device updated with the latest software version.
- If you haven't already, download the Meeting Owl App on your laptop computer from the Windows or Apple Store.
- Make sure you are connected to UD's Wi-Fi.
- Open the Meeting Owl App.
- Plug in your device's power adapter and wait until the white LED(s) stop pulsing.
- Plug the Meeting Owl's USB cable into your computer.
- If you see a “Device update available Click here to begin” banner, click it to begin your update. Otherwise, you are all set. No update is available.
- You will see a progress bar letting you know the status of your update. The update takes between 15 minutes to one hour. You will be able to use your device once the update is complete and your device has rebooted.
- The Owl device will reboot when the update is complete. The white LED(s) will pulse, and when it is ready to use, the LED(s) will stop pulsing and you'll hear a hoot.
