UDit offers the following services to prepare you for hosting an event in a technology-equipped campus space. Place your request at least two (2) business days in advance to ensure staff availability.
- Technology Orientation - Request a 15-30 minute orientation session with an IT classroom technician to learn about the technology in a learning or collaboration space.
- Event Technology Getting Started - A classroom support technician will visit your reserved space before your event to help the presenter get connected to the event equipment. The technician will NOT remain to provide support throughout the event.
Live event support can be contracted through Markey’s, University of Dayton’s preferred event support vendor. Markey provides many event support services, including equipment rental, on-site technical support, and live streaming / Zoom facilitation support.
