To update your legal name, present the required documentation to Flyer Student Services, either in person or by mail or by uploading a copy to the secure Registrar folder:

1. Marriage - A copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of a driver's license/passport in the married name
2. Divorce - A copy of the divorce decree, court entry, or court order authorizing legal name change and a copy of a driver's license/passport in the new name
3. Legal Name Change - A copy of the court order authorizing the name change and a copy of a driver's license/passport in the new name
4. Naturalization/Citizenship - A copy of the naturalization certificate and/or a copy of the court order authorizing the name change and a copy of a driver's license/passport in the new name
5. Correction due to Misspelling - A copy of the driver's license/passport with the correct spelling of the name
