I’m getting a ton of spam calls, some even looking like a UD phone number - can we block these calls?
It is unfortunate that this is happening to numbers associated with the University. But, we are not able to block incoming numbers from being able to call you or to prevent spammers from using your number to make calls.
I received an email about my voicemail, but I'm not sure if this is from UD or not. Can you help?
If you're not sure, it's most likely spam! The UD voicemail to email feature/function/enhancement sends the attached .wav file of your new message, as well as a few other key indicators. Check for the following in the email recipient address:

Mailed-by: udayton.edu
