Sign-In Process for Microsoft 365 and FlyerGPT

When you log into Microsoft 365 or FlyerGPT, you will see a few additional Microsoft prompts. Here's what to expect:

1. Sign in with your UD credentials. Enter your UD email address when prompted by Microsoft, then use your UD username and password on the University of Dayton login screen as you normally do.
2. Click Next on the "Let's keep your account secure" screen.
   
   
3. Confirm your sign-in method. Click Next on the "Set up a sign-in method" screen to continue with UD Duo Multi-Factor Authentication.
   
   
4. Verify your identity. On the Microsoft "Verify your identity" screen, select Approve with UD Duo Multi-Factor Authentication.
   
   
5. Complete Duo verification. Follow the Duo prompts to finish signing in.
