TouchNet: Viewing Order Payment History

You can search for a customer's order if you have the role of Store managers, Fulfillers, or Fulfillers with Cancel and Refund.

1. Log into TouchNet at https://secure.touchnet.net/central.
2. After logging in, navigate to Applications > Marketplace (tab at the top).
3. Next, on the left side panel, select Store > Store Name and then click Order Search.
4. Enter any known information into the search fields.  Click Run Search. If you don’t know the customer’s details, you can enter the Order Date range to show all orders from that time period.
5. A list of all orders that match your criteria are displayed.
    
   1. Export the list by clicking Export to CSV (optional).
6. Click the 6 digit ID in the first column of the order payment to open and view the order details.
