TouchNet: Viewing Order Payment History

You can search for a customer's order if you have the role of Store managers, Fulfillers, or Fulfillers with Cancel and Refund.

1. Log into TouchNet at https://secure.touchnet.net/central.
2. After logging in, navigate to Applications, then Marketplace. Next, select Store Name, go to Stores, choose Store Name again, and then click Order Search.
3. Enter any known information into the search fields.  Click Run Search. If you don’t know the customer’s details, you can enter the Order Date range to show all orders from that time.
4. A list of all orders that match your criteria are displayed.
    
   1. Export the list by clicking Export to CSV.
5. Click the order ID on the left side of the screen to open and view the order details.
