TouchNet: Viewing Reports by Product

  1. Login to TouchNet at https://secure.touchnet.net/central.
  2. Go to Applications, Marketplace.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the left side panel and click Marketplace Reports.
  4. Click Stores and select the store you want to run reports for.
  5. From the dropdown menu, choose By Product.
  6. Enter Date Range, select the Report Type, and then click View.
  7. Choose a product to view its details.
  8. You can view the details generated on the webpage or export them to a CSV.
  9. Export the report. If you need a copy of the report, click Export to CSV. This will save the file to your system's downloads folder, allowing you to open and format it as needed.
