You are not required to report your positive test result to the University of Dayton, but you are expected to follow the instructions below and monitor your symptoms.

Covid-19 Positive Test Result Instructions - Students
- The CDC updated guidance on March 1 and recommends:
- Stay home and away from others until 24 hours after your symptoms are getting better overall and you have not had a fever without using fever-reducing medication.
- You could remain contagious beyond the 'stay-at-home' period so CDC encourages having good hygiene practices, wearing a face covering, and keeping a distance from others.
