Forcing Grayscale on a Print Job

Body

  1. Tap or swipe your University ID badge on the Place Card HERE label located beneath the function display panel:


     
  2. At the print release screen, tap Select all to release the entire list of print jobs or tap a single print job.


     
  3. To change the print release from color to grayscale, tap the Force Grayscale check box and then tap "Print".


     
  4. Tap the logout icon.
