The University of Dayton uses 25Live for scheduling online room requests, detailed events, fleet vehicle reservations, musical instrument reservations, and various other resource management reservations. Event planners and academic schedulers can search dates and venues, schedule campus space, allocate resources, and manage event details. For more information, click the following video link:
Access
Visit https://25live.collegenet.com/pro/udayton and login with your UD credentials.
- Access to 25Live is automatically granted for all faculty, staff, students with an active UD account. Anyone with an active UD account can use 25Live to search for rooms or submit a request to reserve a room for meetings, events, etc.
- 25Live uses single sign-on. Use your UD username and password credentials to log in. When you access 25Live for the first time, your account gets created at that moment.
- IMPORTANT: When you schedule an academic section, you do so through CLSS and not by submitting an event request through 25Live. These requests will be denied.
