JAMF allows you to download several UD-approved software applications on a UD owned Mac computer without an "administrator" password or assistance from the IT Service Center, like the VPN Installer and FindMe printers.
Downloading software from JAMF
- Navigate to your Applications folder and double-click the Self Service app icon.
NOTE: If you don’t have Self Service installed, place an IT General Help Request so your unit’s IT support team can enroll you in JAMF.
- Locate the software package you want, click the Install link, and follow the installation prompts. If the software you’re looking for isn’t listed, contact the IT Service Center.
