Downloading a Recording from Zoom

If you’ve recorded a Zoom meeting and have determined that you need to keep it, use the following procedures or watch a video to download it to your computer. 

1. Open your Zoom account at go.udayton.edu/zoom.
    
2. Click the Recordings tab.
    
3. Click the check box next to the video title you want to download.
    
4. Click the More drop down link (the ... icon).
    
5. Click on Download (x files). If you are prompted with a "Download recording files" window, click Download.
    
6. Use the Save File option and click OK.  You may be prompted to rename the file and to choose a location for the files(s).
